Sleep Assessments

Sleep is a basic human need; a need that will supersede the drive to eat. Sleep is at the bottom level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs along the bare minimum of what we need to survive such as air, water, food, and shelter.

If you would like to improve the quality or quantity of your sleep, set up a sleep assessment appointment with the Center of Student Wellness.

Appointments will consist of a sleep quality assessment, followed by evaluation and discussion targeted at your areas for improvement.
